- Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and cut them into large chunks for easier processing.

- Place the vegetables (except tomatoes) into the Monsieur Cuisine bowl and chop for 10 seconds.

- Add olive oil to the bowl and set the sauté function at 120°C for 10 minutes.

- After sautéing, add the chopped tomatoes, salt, sugar, and oregano.

- Cook everything at 100°C for another 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft and well combined.
- Taste the pisto and adjust salt if needed.
- Serve hot as a main dish or side. It pairs perfectly with fried eggs or bread.

You can swap peppers with zucchini or eggplant depending on your taste.
